Your first box is billed on the day you subscribe. Subsequent monthly boxes renew automatically on the 1st day of each calendar month. We always send a friendly reminder email 3 days before any renewal charge.

Your welcome discovery box leaves our Madinah workshop within 48 business hours of joining. You will receive an SMS and email notification with an instant tracking link the moment the courier picks up your package.
